Staff is very kind and the office experience is very positive. They all are patient and attentive to the patient’s comfort or discomfort. Dr Gilbert provided a thoughtful explanation of his plan of care for my elderly mother, taking into consideration her age and her tolerance level. He was very kind and patient.

I think when my new Invisalign trays come in I should come in every two weeks (like a 5min appt) to ensure that the trays are fitting properly because apparently the last 3 weeks the trays were useless. I have no Ortho experience so I'm assuming everything is going fine. This is now the third time I'm getting the Invisalign done because at some point the final trays are not sitting properly.

Dr Gilbert took the time to thoroughly explain the X-Rays and recommendations and options I would have, and the expectations not only of choosing to abide by his recommendations as well as the if I choose not to and the probable negative outcomes which might result. No pressure but an uplifting discussion. 5 Stars of service to his staff as well. I left smiling and confident.
